A Painting Crew That Can Also Fix the Wood
Alliance Painting is the painting arm of Alliance Construction. The same crew that has taken houses down to the studs handles the carpentry on a repaint, so rotted fascia and trim get replaced in-house instead of caulked over or subcontracted out.
That matters most on an exterior. Fascia, soffits, and window trim take the worst of the North Texas sun, and by the time a house is due for a repaint some of that wood is soft. Painting over soft wood buys a season. Replacing it first is why a repaint lasts.
It is also why the scope goes in writing before the work starts. You should know what is being replaced, what is being caulked, and what is only being painted, before anyone opens a can.

Do you paint interiors as well as exteriors?
Yes. Exterior repaints are the bulk of the work, but we take interior jobs year round, and it is common for a customer to add a few interior rooms while the crew is already on site.
How does the estimate work?
We walk the job with you, measure it, and note what needs repair before anything gets painted. You get the scope and the price in writing before any work is scheduled. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
Do you only work on houses?
Yes. Alliance Painting is residential only. We do not take commercial painting or new construction painting work, which keeps the crew small and the schedule predictable.
Do you do repairs, or only painting?
Both. Alliance Painting is the painting side of Alliance Construction, so rotted fascia, damaged trim, and drywall damage get repaired by the same crew rather than subcontracted out or painted over.
