SMS / Text Messaging Program
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in (for example, by checking a consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first), you agree to the following terms governing our text-messaging program.
Program Name and Description
This program is the Alliance Construction, doing business as Alliance Painting SMS Program. It sends transactional and customer-service messages related to your cash-offer inquiry, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, offer details, document requests, and status updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our message. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages from us unless you opt back in.

Rejoining the Program

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the subprocessors strictly required to deliver the messages (for example, our SMS platform and the wireless carriers transmitting the message).
Standards and Legal Compliance
Our messaging program adheres to industry standards including the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook and complies with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the wireless number you provide, and that you consent to receive autodialed and pre-recorded marketing and informational messages at that number. Disclaimers and No Warranty

Limitation of Liability
