Whole-Home Interior
A full interior repaint carried out as part of a whole-home renovation, from bare framing through to finished rooms. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinetry.
This one shows the range better than any other job we have documented. The house came down to studs, so every surface in it is new work: smooth ceilings where there had been texture, applied panel moulding in the dining room, cabinetry finished on site, and cut lines against tile and wallpaper in the bathrooms.
The masking photograph is worth as much as the finished rooms. That is a two-storey entry with the chandelier bagged, the stair rail and front door sheeted off, floors papered, and dust collected at the sander. It is what the inside of a job looks like when it is being run properly.
Exterior Repaint
Siding, trim, and fascia repainted in sage green with cream trim over the home’s existing red brick.
A brick-and-siding house is the most common exterior in this market, and it is the one where the cut line does the talking. The trim has to break cleanly against masonry that is not going anywhere, and there is no filler or caulk that hides a wandering line at that junction.
